HOA Solutions has done the accounting for Saddle Back Crest Estates for over 10 years. I never have to worry that vendors aren’t getting paid or the billing isn’t getting out to the homeowners. I get a packet every month that includes all the financial statements, aging of delinquencies, the bills that were paid, and bank reconciliations. The forms that are required by the state because the association is a corporation are filled out for me. I just have to check and sign them.I would recommend HOA Solutions for any self-managed homeowners association. Accounting is something that I would rather leave to the professionals.

Incline Consultants Property Management outsourced the accounting of its eight accounts by contracting with HOA Solutions in 1991.Financials for each HOA were prepared monthly, including bank recs, accounts payable and receivable and all escrows. During this twenty-two (22) year period, I never had an error or complaint on the financials. HOA Solutions also handled other accounts for separate management companies with which Incline Consultants is associated. Coordinating the various companies and meeting deadlines in a capable manner that is seldom seen. I would highly recommend this company for any financial needs you may require.
