About HOA Solutions

HOA Solutions, Inc. was established in 1991 to offer accounting services to property management companies and self-managed communities. With our experience in the common interest management industry, small management companies can focus attention on the management of their associations knowing the accounting duties are being handled by a professional accountant. Self-managed communities benefit by being assured that their day to day accounting functions are performed in accordance with GAAP and California State Law.

In response to the changes in California Civil Code in 2006, we added Inspector of Election to our list of provided services. HOA Solutions provides a professional and independent Inspector of Election for annual elections of directors and any other matter that comes before the membership for approval.
